Compleat Restorations is proud to introduce S.M.A.R.T. (Social Media Apprenticeships & Real-world Training), a unique program investing in the future of our community’s youth. By redirecting our social media marketing budget, we offer paid, at-home assignments to high school students, providing valuable experience in creating professional content for our social media marketing posts.
S.M.A.R.T. participants gain practical skills while contributing to real-world projects, assisted online with video conference IT and graphic design consultants. We foster a supportive learning environment through quarterly “Mentors & Pizza” events, where students connect with industry professionals for guidance and networking over a slice; – with individuals; who may one day be offering our apprentices positions in marketing, advertising, graphic design, photography, videography, or copywriting.
This initiative empowers young minds, cultivates local talent, and strengthens our community bonds. Compleat Restorations is committed to nurturing the next generation of digital marketers and fostering a thriving local workforce.

We are honored to stand alongside our volunteer firefighters, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to continue their courageous work. Together, we can strengthen our communities and ensure the safety and well-being of everyone we serve.
On Thanksgiving, Compleat volunteers, not obligated elsewhere, trade their work boots for aprons to join in preparing and serving a holiday meal at a local church. The location changes from year to year, but our S.M.A.R.T. Social Media Apprentices’ will post this year’s details in late August. This cherished annual tradition showcases the company’s commitment to community and compassion.
With sleeves rolled up and smiles on their faces, the Compleat team eagerly dives into the tasks at hand, whether it’s peeling potatoes, mixing stuffing, or roasting 725 lbs of turkey. Their collective effort culminates in a heartwarming feast for over six-hundred less fortunate individuals, fostering a sense of togetherness and gratitude during the holiday season.
After the last plate is cleared and the kitchen sparkles, our volunteers traditionally raise a toast, celebrating the joy of giving back before returning home to their own families with gratitude. This act of selfless service exemplifies the heart of Compleat Restorations, reminding us that even small gestures can make a big difference in the lives of others.
Compleat Restorations is deeply committed to supporting the families of South Central Pennsylvania firefighters, recognizing their selfless dedication and the sacrifices they make to keep our communities safe. Since 2011, we’ve proudly provided over $30,000 in local scholarships to help ease the financial burden of higher education for these families.
We believe it’s the least we can do to show our gratitude to those who risk their lives to protect ours. Firefighters are the backbone of our communities, responding to emergencies 24/7, saving local taxpayers substantial cost, and putting themselves in harm’s way to ensure our safety.

A dedicated team of Compleat volunteers will be on the ground, contributing their time and energy to ensure the success of this inspiring event.
In addition to volunteering, Compleat has offered the use of its fleet of box trucks and semi-trailers next year to transport essential equipment and supplies.. This logistical support will help ensure that athletes have everything they need to compete and thrive.

In 2024 Compleat Restorations committed to supporting the Ephrata Area Social Services (EASS), a vital organization that provides essential resources to individuals and families in need within the Ephrata and Cocalico communities. Recognizing the importance of EASS’s mission, Compleat actively participates in an ongoing donation drive, collecting and delivering essential items to support the Hand-Up Food Pantry, Meals on Wheels program, transportation services, and other vital community initiatives.
Compleat donates resources to ensure that those facing hardship have access to nutritious food, transportation assistance, and other critical services. This commitment reflects Compleat’s core values of compassion and community engagement.

It’s a cherished Compleat holiday tradition that Lucy Ellis started years ago; that each year, our owner: formerly Cliff, but now Stephen, Greg, or Chad, dons the Santa suit and, along with a few of our grinning elves, spreads joy to underprivileged youth living in low-income or group housing. With a sack full of gifts and a heart full of warmth, the chosen “Santa” embarks on a special journey, personally delivering presents to children who might otherwise go without.
This annual ritual reflects Compleat’s deep-rooted commitment to the community, particularly its youngest members. Recognizing the profound impact a simple act of kindness can have, the partners hope that their holiday generosity will inspire a ripple effect of compassion and inspire hope in the hearts of these children

We enthusiastically sponsor various high school, and community, teams and have even implemented a unique incentive program: if the teams we sponsor demonstrate good sportsmanship by shaking hands with their opponents in front of the Compleat banner after the game, they receive additional funding.
