Restoring your property. Restoring your life.

Large Loss Restoration

Compleat Restorations has been handling large loss restoration, disaster restoration, and catastrophic scenarios since 1978. The goal is a shared one: to get your business or institution back up and running as quickly as possible and to minimize losses. Ways we can help:

  • Emergency response available 24 hours a day
  • 2-hour onsite emergency response
  • Mobile command center set-up
  • Insurance claim assistance
  • Building security and stabilization
  • Safety demolition
  • Temporary power and lighting
  • Board-up windows, tarp structures, and remove debris
  • Pack, clean, and store building contents
  • Dry documents
  • Water extraction and dry structure
  • Uncover hidden water intrusion with high tech inspection
  • Rebuild the structure to pre-loss condition

We consistently go above and beyond to keep your company running during the recovery process. It is our culture to exceed expectations. Our more than 40 years in the business gives us the wisdom and experience we need. We anticipate the needs of customers and stay one step ahead. This allows you to focus on your operations while we handle the recovery.

We’ve spent many years mastering the restoration industry’s best practices. We are always evolving and using the latest technology. Our restoration experts effectively and creatively worked through the most challenging loss scenarios, successfully salvaging and restoring property locally, regionally, and nationally.

No Restoration Project Too Large

In addition to unmatched experience and expertise, we are also the most well-equipped restoration provider in the region. Our large-scale drying equipment is second to none. The use of technologies like infrared enables us to thoroughly evaluate losses. Our equipment is ready to mobilize 24 hours a day, seven days a week with a regional guaranteed response time within 2 hours of receiving the call.

Compleat Restorations uses a YD drying trailer. There is nothing quite like it in our market. The simplest description is it’s a very large furnace on a truck body that directs hot air into an affected building while pulling out the moist air. This is a major competitive advantage when assisting with a large loss that includes moisture.

Primary advantages for this large drying equipment are:

  1. It is completely self-contained.
  2. It does not require an external power or heat source.
  3. It can surpass the normal amount of standard commercial dehumidification power.

This means that there is no job too large or too unique for Compleat Restorations to dry to the proper standard of care.

Certifications and Professional Networks

We always want to provide you with the best possible service. The Compleat Restorations team is constantly upgrading its certifications and accreditations. All team members are extensively trained and held to the highest standards and expectations. We are a company of experts, from the ground up.

We are proud members of Disaster Kleenup International (DKI), a national network of top-tier privately-owned restoration contractors. This gives us the ability to call in support when needed. With stringent membership requirements and continuous educational support, DKI enables us to extend our reach and state without question that no job is too large.

Emergency Response Planning Services

Proactive emergency planning for businesses is crucial and cannot be overstated. The decisions that are made after a large loss determine how fast and how smoothly you can recover. When you have a Compleat Restorations Emergency Response Plan (ERP) in place, your defense is ready to spring into action. We provide priority service, support, coaching, and supplies to help you through any disastrous situation.
